Spa Policies

Cancellation Policy
Bella Vita MediSpa & Salon requires 12 hours advance notice for any changes to appointments or cancellations. Any cancellations or changes within 12 hours will be subject to a 50% service charge. All reservations must be held with a major credit card!

Gift Cards
Gift cards expire 1 year from the date of purchase. No refunds on gift card purchases. All prices are subject to change without notice.  Gift cards should be treated as cash and are not replaceable if they are lost, misplaced or stolen.

Arrival
We request that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure you have time to complete any necessary paperwork and relax. We regret that late arrivals will receive condensed services.

Allergies
We do require all guests receiving massage, body treatments, facials, laser treatments, dermal peels, dermal fillers and nail services to complete a standard guest intake form that covers all possible allergies and medical conditions which might interfere with a treatment. These forms are strictly confidential and are only reviewed by your licensed professional and/or the doctor with regard to any treatment contraindications. We ask you to disclose any food and medication allergies such as nuts, iodine, shellfish, milk, antibiotics etc on these forms prior to treatment to avoid any adverse reactions.

Cell Phones
To maintain a relaxing environment and avoid annoying those around you, we ask that all cellular phones be turned off while visiting the spa.

Financing
Bella Vita MediSpa & Salon is pleased to accept CareCredit patient financing plans.  If you are already a CareCredit card holder, you are welcome to use your card here.  If not, you may fill out an application on-site (approval is given within three minutes) or apply prior to your visit at www.carecredit.com.  We offer up to 18 months interest-free financing on our services.

FAQ

Q: Can you accommodate businesses, groups, bridal or birthday parties?
A: Absolutely! Bella Vita MediSpa & Salon specializes in group services. Bridal parties, girls’ getaways, reunions, business escapes, teambuilding workshops, birthday parties, tea parties and corporate spa days all have a home here. Q: How do I purchase a gift certificate?
A: Gift certificates may be purchased in any dollar amount or for any specific service or package. To purchase, simply stop by. Our front desk attendant will be happy to discuss our services with you if you aren’t sure about selection. Please note that we are unable to issue gift certificates over the internet at this time.

Q: I’d like to book my friend for service and arrange to pre-pay. Is this an option?
A: You are welcome to book friends, relatives and significant others for treatments or gifts if you would like. We will reserve the appointment with a major credit card and arrange to charge that card on the day of treatment. No services will be charged prior to the day of service. If you prefer, gift cards are available for purchase and can be redeemed at the recipients’ time of choice, before the expiration date.

Q: Some of your Spa Packages Include Lunch. What is on the menu?
A: Our menu includes light spa fare such as soups, salads and sandwiches. Your order will be taken at check-in or can be placed by phone beforehand if desired. You may also add lunch to any spa treatment, with advance notice, for a flat fee of $15.

Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located at 3200 S. Hiawassee Rd. Ste. 203, Orlando, FL 32835. Our facility is in the Ashley Park Professional Center, across from Turkey Lake Park. The nearest intersection to us is Conroy-Windermere Rd. at Hiawassee.

Q: I’ve looked at your menu, but I’m not sure what service I would like. Do you give consultations or advice about treatment?
A: Absolutely! If you’re not sure what you would like, just call our reservations office at 407-253-0800 and an agent will gladly assist you with treatment descriptions and make recommendations based on your needs.

Q: What forms of payment do you take?
A: We accept cash, personal check, visa, MasterCard, American express and Discover.  We also accept CareCredit plans and offer up to 18 months interest-free financing.

Q: Are gratuities included in the cost of treatment?
A: No. Gratuity is optional though greatly appreciated and is left to your discretion. 18%-20% of the service cost is the industry standard, though you may certainly give more for superior service.
